What is the difference between guests and paid users?

Paid users are the Owner, Admins and Members: they get every collaboration feature of your plan. Guests can leave comments on files and send messages in the projects they are invited to — nothing else. Guests are free and unlimited on every plan. Read more about user roles

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Paying annually saves 20% on Pro and Team.

What are my payment options?

We accept major credit cards. Enterprise plans can agree custom billing terms with our team.

Are there contracts or commitments?

No. Pro and Team come with a 14-day free trial. When it ends, add your payment details to keep going and choose to pay monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

No problem at all. Reach out to our team and we will help you move to the plan that fits your needs.

How much does Pro cost for a team of five?

Pro is $10 per paid user per month, so five team members pay 5 × $10 = $50 a month, or $40 a month billed annually. Guests — your clients, for example — join free and without limits: they can comment on what you share and send messages in the project chat.

Can I get a custom plan?

Yes. If none of the plans above suits you, contact sales and we will put together a plan that works for your team. Contact sales

What if we need more storage?

On Pro and Team, extra storage comes in 250 GB blocks for $15 a month each — ask support to add it. Enterprise storage is sized to your team.

How do AI credits work?

Pro includes 1,000 AI credits a month and Team 3,000 — one pool for the whole account, refilled every month. Ask your projects anything, turn client notes into tasks, draft replies, tag and search your library. Need ten times more? Pro AI gives 10,000 a month for +$15 and Team AI 30,000 for +$30. Or add a pack anytime: 10,000 credits for $20, 30,000 for $50, 100,000 for $150 — packs never expire. We never train AI on your files.

What is the autumn offer?

For a limited time this autumn, Pro plans come with 3 extra seats and Team plans with 5 — on us. AI credits belong to the whole account, so the extra seats share the same pool.
